Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil

Everyone has the same life purpose: We are here to fully express the Christ within.

We have all got the same decision to make: We can choose to accept our Divinity and follow the guidance that comes from our Christ Consciousness — or not.

There is only a single story in the Bible: That story is about our using more won’t power than will power when it comes to “expressing our divinity.”

The following story is an example of that on-and-off-again relationship. The story comes from the 8th Chapter of John’s Gospel, verses 2-11:

2. Early in the morning He came again to the temple: (When we’re centered in Spirit, we begin each day connected to our Christ Nature. Jesus stands for that aspect in us that realizes our Christ potential and is our unfolding pattern of perfection.) All the people came to him and he sat down and began to teach them: (As we intentionally “practice the Presence,” the more Divine wisdom we will receive.)

3. The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery and made her stand before all of them: (Our judgmentalness. which many times is really hypocrisy, is represented by the Pharisees. It tries to keep us stuck in the letter of the law so we remain in the tight box of dogma and doctrine. The personality attempts to discredit our receptivity to Truth principles, represented by the woman, by signaling out our failures.)

4. They said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the very act of committing adultery: (Guarded by its self-righteousness duplicity, our ego even manufactures ways to make us feel less spiritual, while at the same time hypocritically hiding behind its own limitations.)

5. Now in the law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” 6. They said this to test Him, so that they might have some charge to bring against Him: (The adult Moses represents that within us that aligns more with the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law. Our critical nature tests our spiritual growth because it wants us to adhere to the status quo.)

6. Jesus bent down and wrote with His finger on the sand. (This signifies our Christ Self lowering itself into our sense chakra to purify it. We wake up to the fact that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.)

7. When they kept on questioning Him, He straightened up and said to them, “Let anyone among you who is without sin be the first to cast a stone at her.” (We remind ourselves that our old tapes have no power over us.)

8. And once again He bent down and wrote on the ground: (Our ‘I Am’ Consciousness lowers Itself again to strengthen us and to lead us into a right relationship with our Christ Nature.)

9. When they heard it, they went away, one by one, beginning with the elders: (When the Spirit moves, its incredible vibration dissolves even the strongest, most encrusted beliefs, assumptions and prejudices, causing them to lose their impact and disappear.) And Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before Him: (Once we put the noise of our judgmentalness aside we stand firm in our awareness of our true nature).

10. Jesus straightened up and said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”: (When we allow that still, small voice to direct us, we have power over any and all negativity).

11. She said, “No one, Sir.”: (We can say emphatically, through affirmations and denials, that nothing can separate us from our good). And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you. Go your way, and from now on do not sin again.”: (Our Christ nature sees only the good in us. Once we become consciously one with our Christ nature, by going to our heart center, we will hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil. All we need to do is practice more will power than won’t power so we do not miss the mark.)

This story is about you and us and everyone on the planet. It reminds us to remember the Truth of who we really are, so we can demonstrate and enjoy our innate Divinity, the Godness that is present at our birth.

How To Get The Most Out Of Your Unsecured Personal Loan

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Finance · Comment
by Ricky Jones

Who qualifies for unsecured personal loans? Actually, unsecured personal loans have a wider consumer section than secured personal loans. Students and young people who have no identifiable proof can apply for unsecured personal loans. Besides, both tenants and tenants can take out unsecured personal loans. Unsecured personal loans are also open to people who have bad credit history.

An unsecured personal loan is a personal loan where the borrower’s property is not secured against the loan. There is no need for the borrower to offer property to the lender as collateral, which means the lender has no rights to the assets of the borrower. An unsecured personal loan is good for people who can not obtain a secured loan due to lack of securable property.

In general, the value of unsecured personal loans is up to $25,000. The repayment period may vary from six months to ten years. Before loaning the money, the borrower’s capacity, character and capital are checked by the lender. With no guarantee of repayment, the lenders of unsecured loans depend on the ability of a borrower to meet repayment conditions. In the event that a borrower fails to repay the debt, the lender can sue the borrower through the legal system.

The UK lending market is buzzing with lending companies offering unsecured personal loans. But, unsecured personal loans come with higher interest rates in comparison to secured loans. The monthly installments are also comparatively high and the repayment period is shorter as against secured loans. But with some extensive research of the financial market and some hard bargaining with lenders you can always avail an unsecured personal loan as per your needs and financial capability.

Unsecured personal loans are short term loans and can be easily repaid. Unsecured personal loans are risk free loan because you don’t need to place any collateral to avail an unsecured personal loan. It is very helpful for tenants who don’t have any property to apply for secured loans. Homeowners who don’t want to risk their properties can also apply for unsecured personal loans. You can use unsecured personal loans to meet any of your personal expenses like buying a car, going for holiday, wedding, paying previous debts and so on.

Payday Loan APR

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Business · Comment
by Ethan Hunter

Most people know what ‘APR’ stands for, as they’ve seen it with home loans, and other sort of big pieces of money - but often times, a payday loan APR can be a very daunting thing, and for good reason.

Many states have regulated the maximum APR for payday loans, which is a good thing - but don’t think that it’s only going to be something like 10! A short term loan often has high APR.

What is an APR?

Some people don’t know what APR is, or what payday loan APR is - or if it’s different at all.

APR is the acronym for “Annual Percentage Rate”. This annual rate is what is attached to a loan. In the case of something large, perhaps a mortgage loan or even a smaller loan for business purposes, the percent of the APR is generally low. The reason is that these loans take longer to pay back to the lender.

However, with Payday Loan APR, it works a little differently.

How Does This Work?

Payday loan APR is a bigger number than the home loan APR because it has one of the highest interest rates on any sort of loan because it is so short term. These loans are normally between 7 and 14 days so they are very short so you normally only pay around $10-$40 in interest.

Normally, you will find APRs that are between 250% - 390%, which is really large except that you are just borrowing a small amount and are planning to pay it back in a fast rate of time.

There are some states that have put a cap on the highest possible APR that a Payday loan company can use. They regulate how long the loan can be and if it can be renewed or extended in any way. Some states have hugely strict laws and some have none at all.

Things to Look for in a Payday Loan

When you go looking for a payday loan APR, there are a few things that you should keep in mind. That’s the APR. The lower it is, the less you will need to pay when you are getting ready to pay your loan.

Watch out for your fees also, an APR may look good at first, but then the fees will end up costing you more then you are paying in interest. Keep your eyes open for the best companies that offer you the lowest fees and rates.

Remember…

You should borrow wisely and don’t go with a company that has high payday loan APR rates or you will feel it later.

Boost Your Website’s Ranking With SEO Blogging

It’s catch 22 - you have to be listed high in the search engine results to get more web traffic and to get listed high in the results, you have to attract lots of web traffic. Regrettably, rich content is no longer the only valuable resource sought by web visitors.

Well, there are ways to make sure that your site figures in searches. These are called Search Engine Optimisation techniques, and there are a lot to choose from - from the completely above board ways to the slightly suspect ways.

Some of these optimisation methods include writing keyword-rich web content, articl submission and link exchanging. These were the most practiced SEO techniques until some wise soul came up with the idea that blogging can be a valuable SEO tool. It has become a phenomena since then.

A blog, or a web log, can be maintained for professional or personal purposes. It is quite an enjoyable task, and you will have complete freedom as far as what you want to say is concerned. You can have a blog within your site, or outside it.

You decide what the content on your blog should be, and you can put as many links as you like in you blog posts. If it is within your site, you can boost your site’s position in searches by incorporating links. If it is not in your site, you have a priceless way of getting regular one way links.

Reciprocal, or exchanged links, are capable of boosting your site up on the search engines, but one-way links are invaluable for this purpose. Blogging can build traffic in two ways - people will follow these links directly from your blog, and they will make sure that your site figures prominently in searches.

You have to make sure that your blog posts contain information that is related to your site, and is key word rich. If your blog is within your site, it is a convenient way of making sure that you have key word rich content in your site. Since blog posts are written differently from a normal article, it might not be that easy to incorporate your key words in them, but once you get that knack, it becomes a piece of cake.

Another good aspect of maintaining a blog include the incoming suggestions. Your blog visitors will let you know where your shortfalls are and you can improve your blog accordingly. It’s also a good way to build up a contacts list, something that comes in handy for your business.

When in My Working Life is a Roth IRA a Good Idea?

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Investing · Comment
by M. L. Williams

With all the options out there for saving for retirment, the question is asked whether it is a good idea to start a Roth IRA - and if so, when.

IRAs are Important

Certainly, starting an IRA is a crucial move and a good idea for anyone who is getting older - and that is everyone! Retirement age will creep up on you before you know it, and starting an IRA is an easy way to increase your retirement savings. On the other hand, it is never too late to start saving for retirement.

Starting the best type of IRA for you requires an understanding of the choices available - a traditional IRA or a Roth IRA. Both have advantages.

Traditional Individual Retirement Accounts

Traditional Individual Retirement Accounts have been around since 1981. Taxpayers can contribute up to $4,000 per year of earned income into an IRA. These contributions are tax deductible in the year they are made. Taxes on the earnings on the account holder’s contributions are deferred until they are paid out to the account holder, which cannot happen until the account holder reaches the age of 59 and one-half years.

Roth Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)

Roth IRAs are much newer than traditional IRAs - they have been around since 1998. Single taxpayers who earn more than $116,000 and married taxpayers who earn more than $169,000 cannot contribute to a Roth IRA. So if you earn that much and you are asking yourself, “Should I start a Roth IRA?” the answer is definitely no because you cannot. For both single and married taxpayers who earn more than $101,000, there are phased reductions in the amount an individual can contribute to a Roth IRA.

If you aren’t stopped from having a Roth IRA because of the earnings test, the answer to the question, “Should I start a Roth IRA?” is most certainly yes. Unlike a traditional IRA, the contributions an account holder makes to a Roth IRA are not tax deductible in the year in which they are made. By contrast, the amounts of contributions, and the income they earn, are not taxed during the account holder’s lifetime.

If you earn well under the income cap now, it is quite probable that you will reach the earning limit during your career, and then you will wish you had taken advantage of the Roth IRA when you had the chance to do so. Unless tax laws change significantly, a Roth IRA is one of the best investments you can make. So repeat after me: I should start a Roth IRA. I should start a Roth IRA. I should start a Roth IRA.

Investments In Your IRA

Remember that any IRA is only worth what the investments inside of it are. Think of your IRA as an envelope that holds your retirement investments. What you choose to put inside the envelope is up to you.

There is a whole range of trading vehicles that could be suitable for your IRA. Most financial advisers suggest a blend of bonds, small capital stocks, large capital stocks, and mutual funds made up of shares in domestic companies and international companies. However, a mutual fund can also hold other kinds of investments.

IRA’s should focus on long range return. You should be more conservative as you near retirement. That is because investments are cyclical over long periods of time, based on the national economy. You don’t want to be caught short at retirement time or have to work longer than you had planned to because an economic downturn cycle occurred when you happened to reach retirement age.

Should I Start A Roth IRA? Yes!

The benefits of a Roth IRA over a traditional IRA are enormous: limited contributions vs. no limit on contributions; deferred tax on earnings vs. no tax on earnings. There is virtually no downside to starting a Roth IRA.

Control Your Psoriasis Using Natural Remedies

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Health and Fitness · Comment
by Karina Potthast

Psoriasis might not have a cure, but that doesn’t mean it has to ruin your life. There are many steps that you can take to help control your psoriasis. For the best results, consider using natural remedies and a healthy lifestyle along with your doctor-prescribed treatments.

Using a topical cream or ointment is the first way to control your psoriasis. Many of these are available over-the-counter, but check with your doctor to see if a prescription ointment would be better for your condition. Topical treatments may include tar, anthralin, dovonex, and salicyclic acid.

Your doctor might prescribe corticosteroids to control your psoriasis. These are anti-inflammatory and help to reduce swelling. Discuss with your doctor the proper way to apply these.

Phototherapy, or ultraviolet light therapy is another method that is especially good for extensive cases. Artificial ultraviolet light B is used in phototherapy.

Although treatment from your doctor is important, don’t forget home remedies that can help you control your psoriasis. This can be as simple as the diet you eat. A healthy diet high in vegetables and low in meat and dairy is important. Supplement your diet with EFAs (essential fatty acids) that can be found in flax seed oil or fish oil.

Alternative therapies, such as acupuncture, qigong, or reflexology, are used by many people to help control psoriasis. These treatments can be useful, but should not replace your doctor’s recommendations.

Natural topical remedies from your kitchen pantry can also be used. These include apple cider vinegar, which can be applied to the scalp or the nails. Either vegetable or olive oil can be added your bath to reduce itching. A baking soda and water mixture can be made and applied directly to the itching patches of skin with a washcloth.

Stress can aggravate the symptoms of psoriasis, so when you control your stress you are also working to control your psoriasis. Take a yoga class at the gym or learn mediation and breathing exercises to help reduce your stress level.

Although there might not be a cure for psoriasis, there are many treatments available to help control it. Take an active role in your own health and work closely with your doctor and others to control your psoriasis.

How an Up to Date Reverse Phone Lookup Is More Helpful

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Communications · Comment
by Davion W

Many people use up to date reverse phone lookup services for various reasons. The main aim is to track down the caller. This is where a phone lookup service can help. However, you should never just use any service available. It is crucial to use an up to date service if you are serious about hunting down the caller.

Finding out who called is not a difficult thing today. Phone lookup websites are now almost everywhere and it is so convenient to identify the phone owners. However, before you use such a service, you may want to ask yourself the reason why you need an up to date reverse phone lookup.

You may find yourself being harassed by callers who are out to disturb you. Some even make prank calls in the middle of the night, disrupting victims from their sleep. This makes you really want to know the identity of the prankster. In other situations, you could be a wife suspecting your husband of having an affair as you noticed that unfamiliar number appearing one too often on his cell phone. These are just some examples.

The need for you can be so intense if you find yourself caught in the situation above. That is where the up to date reverse phone lookup service can help you. Not only can you use it once, the service also lets you use it for unlimited number of searches. This will effectively give you a good chance of nailing down the mystery caller.

There are two options available — the free and paid phone lookup websites. Which is better? The answer depends on how much you want to find out the identity of the cell phone number calling you. However, to help you make a choice, you have to weigh the benefits of both free and paid up to date reverse phone lookup sites.

A free phone lookup service is good if you do not want to fork out any money on it and applicable only if all you want is the name and address of the caller. However, another restriction or rather limitation is that the free site works only for publicly listed landline numbers.

But if the source of the call is from an unlisted phone number or worse still, a cell phone which is quite common, then a free phone lookup service is out for you. Free sites do not contain cellular numbers and unlisted landlines. Fortunately, the paid up to date reverse phone lookup sites only charge a nominal fee for unlimited searches increasing your chances of tracking down the caller. You will also be able to dig out more information like the background information of the person. Expect good customer service as well to assist you if you are in need of help.

Whichever you choose, it is equally important to make sure that it is a phone lookup site with updated records especially if the unknown phone number is from a cell phone. People these days change phones and their numbers quite often. You really do not want to end up hunting high and low only to realize that the number you have is already obsolete. So my advice is this, search and use an up to date reverse phone lookup site and you are pretty assured you will find what you need.

Searching Online For A Mountain Bike

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Recreation and Sports · Comment
by Robert Cooksey

Buying a mountain bike online is a big step, but it doesn’t have to be a mistake as long as you know what you’re getting into. Be wary, however, of buying the first bike that has that appealing look. Appearances from a picture can be deceiving, and what you really need to know is whether the bike is a good fit for you. Your first task is to learn about mountain bikes before you begin shopping, including the important factors in making an informed decision.

First, get a good professional fitting, to tell you what type and size of bike is best for you. While there may be some cost required, up to seventy-five dollars, you’ll have assurance that you can make the correct choice. Any good bike shop that you get a fitting from won’t pressure you to buy there.

When you’ve finished with determining the sort of frame and size you need, you’ll want to begin looking at mountain bike brands and the variety of features offered. Browse a lot, and learn as much about every kind of bike as you can.

With mountain bikes, suspension is something you should ask about - is there no suspension, front suspension or a combination of front and rear? A gentler ride comes with more suspension. Next turn your consideration to brands that appeal to you.

Think about brands that appeal to you. While the ultimate decision may not be based on brand name, it’s a good idea to begin evaluation with proved names such as Specialized, Cannondale and Trek. One thing you can be sure of is that a proven brand like Cannondale Mountain Bikes will provide you years of good service.

Begin collecting retailers that you’d like to buy from. While you shouldn’t rule out Ebay, it and other sites of its type require special caution. If you choose to go with eBay, be very careful to make certain that the bike you’re buying is the one you want.

Return policies can be tricky, and individual sellers can misrepresent their bikes, intentionally or not. If you exercise some caution, you can save a lot of money on an otherwise expensive mountain bike purchase, by paying close attention to the bike’s condition and the nature of seller feedback and shipping and handling costs.

On the other hand, buying from an online bike retailer may prove to be a little safer. It’s a good idea to check up on an online bike store, as well. Know your bike retailer’s return policies, too, and see if there’s a warranty. Doing the sort of homework suggested here can take a lot of the hesitation out of buying a mountain bike online.

Acoustic guitar chords: learn how to play them easily

June 20, 2008 · Filed Under Recreation and Sports · Comment
by Dom Artosa

Several notes played simultaneously is called an acoustic guitar chord. Even with many different acoustic guitar chords, if you learn just a few basic acoustic guitar chords, you will be able to play hundreds of songs, if not more. Major chords give out a cheerful sound while minor chords emit a sound that seems darker or sadder.

Acoustic guitar chord diagrams notate guitar chords. Rather than side to side (horizontal) the way guitar tabs run, the lines that represent an acoustic chord diagram will run up and down, or vertically. You will see a grid when looking at a chord diagram. The strings are represented by the vertical lines, while the frets are represented by the horizontal lines. The areas where you need to hold the string down is where the dots appear.

Numbers will be at the top or bottom of the acoustic guitar chord diagram. This diagram represents the finger that holds down each strong - 1 means the index finger, 2 means the middle finger, 3 the ring finger, and 4 the pinky. If you see a 0, that means to leave the string open when you play. On the other hand, an X means an string open that is not played. And occasionally you’ll see T used. This means to use your thumb to play, but this does not occur too often.

The first acoustic guitar chord were going to tackle is the G-major chord. Your middle finger goes on the sixth string at the third fret, your index finger goes on the fifth string at the second fret and your ring finger goes on the first string on the third fret. Play each individual note, including the open strings one by one. Be careful you can plainly hear each note and make sure you dont hear any strange buzzing or rattling noises from the strings. If the sound isn’t right, you can try pushing harder on the string so that it presses closer to the fingerboard. You can also bring your finger closer to the fret. Your fingers should not be touching one another, or any of the other strings. You can strum all of the notes in unison once the sound is good. You will then be playing a G-major acoustic guitar chord.

The acoustic guitar chord E-minor is much easier to learn how to finger. Your index finger goes on the second fret of the fifth string, while your middle finger rests on the second fret of the fourth string when playing this chord. There should be enough room for both fingers to rest on the fret without having them touch. After trying the notes, adjust your fingers until the sound you hear is the right note. Then, strum both strings to play the E-minor chord. You will notice a darker sound from this minor chord.

Acoustic guitar chords that comprise the basic ones to practice include C-major, D-major, A-minor, and A-major. Practice moving your fingers from one chord to another until it feels comfortable and familiar.

Learning to play acoustic guitar chords will not happen quickly or easily at first and you will have to keep checking your finger placement. But if you continue to practice, practice, practice, the muscle memory will soon take over and you will be moving freely through all of the acoustic guitar chords. In a short time it will become second nature to you.
