Real Women Are Looking For A Manas Man

How do I know what women are looking for in a man? I am qualified to answer this because I am a woman, and I have found a wonderful man. I have had many men in my life over the years, and unfortunately they were not good enough to keep around. However, the one I have now is definitely a keeper! He has certain qualities that make him a keeper, and these are all good examples of what women are looking for in a man.

Take for example, my man’s primary keeper quality. He is a true man’s man, not Mr. Macho, but just the opposite. He is totally masculine in every way and respects women. He can spend the day doing manly things with his buddies like fixing his car, and then come home to treat me like a queen.

A true man?s man doesn’t have to wine and dine you, but he does. For the most part he is sensitive to how you feel and what you need. He will do all the right things to make you feel valued from holding your hand to making your dinner.

In addition to respect and sensitivity, what are women really looking for in a man? We want to be valued as human beings. A true man’s man such as mine will ask for his woman’s opinion. He will also consider that opinion as having some merit and engage in discussions that are intelligent.

Having ability to value and respect women is wonderful. But along with all of the qualities of a true man’s man comes intellect. What good is asking for my opinion if you don?t understand what I say? We must be able to engage in quality conversation.

A true man’s man must be fluent in the many languages of love. He should not only know how and when to do all of these things - he has to actually DO them: buy you gifts, touch your hand, share his feelings, spend quality time with you, and provide a ’service.’

A real manas man has to be in touch with his feminine side. He can not be scared of loosing touch with his identity, as he needs this feminine side to help guide him in reaching out and touching yours.

Women are not looking for Mr. Macho (who would want him?), or Mr. Right. We all know Mr. Right is just a fantasy, anyway. A woman wants a man who knows just how to make her feel like a woman, and does it every day!

Liver Detoxification - The Why’s and What’s

A century or so ago, the idea of needing liver detoxification was not even given thought. There was little pollution and foods did not contain the chemicals and hormones they contain now. Our livers are our defense against all forms of toxic substances and they work very hard to keep our bodies clear, but in this day and age of convenience foods, aerosols and chemicals, our livers are getting bombarded with too much way too fast. The toxins build up in our systems and make us ill because our livers can’t keep up. Never has it been more important to consider liver detoxification for the sake of our health.

There isn’t a vegetarian that would be shocked to hear that herbs, vegetables, fruits and whole grains are less stressful and even beneficial to our all important livers. We just need to be aware that most of these foods now contain chemicals and hormones that are not meant for human consumption.

If the world were wiser about food, everyone would go organic. As it is, organic produce and other food is often much more expensive than the typical grocery store variety. If you think organic foods are beyond your budget, buy the regular kind and be sure to wash it all carefully before consumption.

Never smoke, drink alcohol or use any kind of drug while you are detoxifying your liver. If you are an addict or alcoholic, do not detox without the supervision of a medical doctor. A medically unsupervised detox from drugs or alcohol can be harmful. It has even been known to be fatal. If you really want to try this kind of detox, wait until you have gone through a treatment program.

When it comes to tobacco, a good liver detox immediately upon quitting smoking or chewing can really help you by clearing your body of nicotine very quickly. After a good detox, you will find cravings are much milder than quitting without a detox.

Consuming hormones through meat and dairy is a controversial issue. The majority of doctors admit these extra hormones can’t be healthy and many point to research that shows a tendency toward early sexual development and even some kinds of cancers. Regardless of your liver detoxification decision, to keep your liver and the rest of your body healthy, consume hormone free meat and dairy products in place of the rest.

Depending on the detox plan you choose, you will either be eating specific foods and forgoing others, drinking elixirs, or doing a combination of the two. It takes a little longer to detox your liver if you choose an eating plan, but it is also less stressful on your body.

If you choose to use the elixir type of detox, go into it slowly by eating the foods described above and leaving out sugars, fats and meats for a couple of days before going into a fast. When you are done with your elixir plan, gradually add these foods back in. Keep things moderate and be gentle with your body. Liver detoxification is meant to help, not hurt.
