2005 Gmc Denali
GMC’s response to the Cadillac and Chevrolet nameplates plus General Motors SUVs is the 2005 GMC Denali. Among GMC’s car versions, Denali is the most luxurious. It is undoubtedly full sized but is slightly smaller compared to the largest SUV. This vehicle is perfect for family outings especially with a boat or jet-ski in tow.
Seating capacity of the car is up to nine persons with 3-rows of seats, and this is optional. The third row folds, flips, slides or can be easily removed to suit your needs. The second row bucked seats offers excellent support and can be adjusted individually. The Denali will fit into a garage more easily than a Suburban or even an Expedition, both of which are much longer.
The Denali possesses a potent 325 horsepower V8 engine and a torque of 370 lbs/foot. The negative aspect of such a powerful machine is its gas consumption. You can only get 12 miles per gas inside the city limits and 16 miles per gas when on the super highways. However, this can’t be an issue today with oil prices at an all time low.
Denali also displays the following features: automatic transmission, all-wheel drive without low range gearing and an advance braking system. On treacherous paths such as gravel, rugged-two tracks, mud and snow you will be guaranteed of a smooth and safe ride. Quadrasteer is the car’s steering device that helps reduce the turning circle during low speeds and it also assists in improving the stability of the car when towing something at great speeds.
Safety is enhanced by a tire-pressure monitor and sophisticated Hydroboost brakes and GM’s Stabilitrak antiskid system. Further, the car has a power-adjustable pedal and a multi-zone automatic climate system with front or rear controls. Optional feature is an audio or navigation system which has a control touch screen.
The Denali is a luxury version that adds a sumptuous, comfortable and convenient interior. The leather upholstery looks and feels fine. The shoulder harnesses fit well and are easy to wear because they are mounted on the seats. Up front, all the switchgear and ancillary controls are mounted close to the driver. The Denali also boasts of a Bose nine-speaker stereo with subwoofer and an external antenna for improved radio reception.
The 2005 GMC Denali is one of the coolest cars to own. You can have fun modifying it by adding custom grill, custom wheels and even custom doors! The Denali is such a desirable vehicle that offers power, luxury and prestige all packed in this car.
